Return and exchange policy

We strive to provide you with a satisfying experience with every product we offer. However, if you change your mind or find that the product is not suitable for you, you still have the right to a refund. We want your shopping experience to be easy and stress-free.

If you need a refund or exchange, please refer to the following return and exchange policy:

Return Period

Customers can return goods within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Requirements

The product must be brand new and unused, with the original packaging and all accessories intact, without any damage or alterations that would affect its resale.

Customers must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

Return Shipping Costs

If the return or exchange is due to Wannawou's responsibility (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, damage during shipping), Wannawou will bear all return shipping costs.

If the return is due to the customer's personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction with the design, etc., not caused by Wannawou's error), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that exceed the 30-day return period.

Items with missing parts or accessories (e.g., a bookshelf missing assembly screws, a jewelry box missing a tray, etc.).

Used or damaged items (e.g., a storage basket with stains, a jewelry box with worn lining, etc.).

Returned items without valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

Please contact our customer service team (service@wannawou.com) or use the "Contact Us" page on our website to explain the reason for the return and request a return.

Our customer service team will review your return request and respond within 1-2 business days.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and specific return instructions.

Please return the goods according to the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm that they meet all return requirements, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

You will receive a refund confirmation email after the refund is processed.

The refund will be returned to the original payment method used when placing the order. The time it takes for the refund to arrive depends on the processing speed of your bank or payment service provider.

Product Quality Issues

If the product you received has quality defects (e.g., broken stitching on the storage basket, cracked bookshelf panels, unstable coat rack base, damaged jewelry box surface, etc.), please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please provide clear photos or videos of the defective part as evidence, and we will arrange a refund or replacement for you.

Exchanges

Wannawou currently does not offer direct exchange services. If you wish to exchange for a different style, size, or model, please follow the return process described above. Once your return request is approved and the refund is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet entered the processing stage within 24 hours of successful payment, you can request to cancel the order. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team directly.

If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can apply for a return after receiving the goods according to the return policy mentioned above.
