Can Storage Baskets be used to store moist items (e.g., bath towels)?

Most of our Storage Baskets are not waterproof, so we do not recommend storing moist items in them.

What is the weight capacity of your Bookshelves?

Load capacity varies by Bookshelf model. Our basic 3-tier Bookshelf can hold up to 15 pounds per shelf, while the heavy-duty 5-tier Bookshelf has a weight capacity of up to 25 pounds per shelf. This is more than enough for storing standard-sized books, decorative items, or small storage boxes.

How many clothes/items can a Coat Rack hold at once?

Our free-standing Coat Rack comes with sturdy hooks, which can hold 4–6 adult coats at a time, along with hats, scarves, or bags.

Will the Coat Rack tip over? Can heavy items be hung on one side?

Our Coat Racks are equipped with a weighted base to ensure stability. To prevent tipping over, we recommend distributing weight evenly across all hooks. Do not hang items exceeding 5 pounds on a single hook.

Do your Jewelry Boxes have separate compartments for storing different jewelry pieces?

Yes. All our Jewelry Boxes are designed with divided sections to prevent necklaces from tangling and keep small items from getting lost.

Is the Ring Holder suitable for all ring sizes?

Our Ring Holder features a flexible, smooth stand design, making it suitable for most standard-sized rings—from delicate, dainty rings to wide, statement-making ones.

Do I need tools to assemble these products?

No additional tools are required for assembly. We provide all necessary hardware and a step-by-step instruction manual in the package. Most products can be assembled by one person within 15–20 minutes.

How to clean these products?

Storage Baskets: Wipe with a damp cloth; machine washing is not recommended (please refer to the product label for specific care instructions).

Bookshelves/Coat Racks: Dust with a dry cloth; for stains, wipe immediately with a damp cloth to avoid leaving marks.

Jewelry Boxes/Ring Holders: Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth; gently vacuum dust from the velvet lining.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day free return policy for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service after receiving the product, and we will arrange for a free replacement or full refund. We cover the return shipping costs for items returned due to quality issues.
